A proper foot orthotic starts with the right casting(impression). Jennesis Foot Orthotics specialize in plaster casting, but also use foam box impression and 3D scanner. The method of casting is determined by the patients foot and the goals of the foot orthotic.

Canadian Certified Pedorthists are allied healthcare professionals trained in the assessment of lower limb anatomy and biomechanics. They specialize in the design, fit, and modification of custom-made orthotics, orthopaedic footwear, and braces. Jennesis foot orthotics also has an onsite lab to make fittings and adjustments easy and fast.

You do not need a prescription to have an assessment and received custom foot orthotic. However, if you have private benefits, you will need a prescription to submit your foot orthotic claim. Always contact your insurer for their requirements.

Jennesis custom foot orthotics are $550. This includes the fitting appointment, 3 week follow up, and any adjustments needed for up to 6 months (warranty).

Please wear shorts or pants you can pull above your knees. Please also bring the shoes you wear on a regular basis and/or the shoes you would like to fit with custom foot orthotics. If you have a prescription, pleas bring that as well.
